All About Lechon of Cebu

Lechon or Roasted Pig is one of the most common dish for Filipinos. Throughout the years Filipinos have made twists from the traditional way of cooking Lechon, one of which is the style from Cebu wherein a number of ingredients were sealed inside the pig before cooking it. Giving it flavour which makes it very different from the simple way of cooking the Lechon.
